- Initial Consultation, Office Visit (approximately 60-120 minutes)
- Follow-Up Consultation, Office Visit (approximately 30-60 minutes)
- Telehealth/Virtual Visits are available for either Initial or Follow-Up Consultations.
Phone Consultations may be available in certain situations (made on a case-by-case basis).
